Appointments are conducted mainly in person unless informed otherwise. Masks are still mandatory in our clinic and you may be asked to wait in your car depending on the current clinic capacity.
Any patients with infectious symptoms (i.e. fever, cough, sore throat, chest congestion, etc.) will be scheduled as a phone call appointment and in clinic examination will be at the doctors discretion.
- Please note that out of province health cards are not covered for phone appointments.
- Your doctor may call from a Non-LHC phone so please answer blocked numbers.
- If you and your doctor decide that an in person examination is necessary, you will be invited to come to the clinic. Please come into the clinic alone, unless a support person is absolutely required.
